• Kindly note that customized products are not eligible for Exchange/returns. kindly check size chart before placing order
• In genuine cases of delivery of defective product we will arrange the delivery correct product & no on any other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our
  customer support executives at support@theshophaul.com along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective
  product.
• Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
• To avoid such issues. Do not accept the damaged package at
  the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for it.
• Also, do note that the colour of the T-shirt and design may slightly vary from the ones displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
• Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
• Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged
• You can cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order enters the processing phase and it is difficult for us to cancel the order. If the request for cancellation is raised after 6 hours Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund amount provided that the order is not shipped. The amount will be returned through upi, gpay or bank transfer.
• Cash on Delivery Charge is not refundable.
• Any product bought during the sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.

Washing: Put it in the washing machine with cold water, inside-out, and use a mild detergent with similar-colored clothes.

Bleaching: Use non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.

Drying: Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.

Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on the design print.
