Initiate Exchange

Kindly note that all exchanges are accepted only for size issue within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
For customized orders like Year, Name, Number etc.. we won't be able to accept any exchange or returns. Please check size chart before ordering.
To exchange, a small Rs. 99 fee is charged for 2 products and Rs 199 for 4 products to cover part of the shipping cost. We pay even more to carriers and do not profit from this charge.
Size Exchanges are provided for sizes upto 2XL. We do not provide exchanges for sizes above 2XL(From 3XL onwards). Please check the Size Chart before ordering
For Hoodies/Sweatshirts incase if you need size exchange you will have to pay shipping charges of 200. Please check the Size Chart before ordering.
We do not accept any returns. Incase if the received product is damaged or received incorrect size/color, we will provide hassle free exchange with correct product.
Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.
Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging
