Exchange
Kindly note that all exchanges are accepted only for size
issue & within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery). Exchange requests will only be processed once per order.
For customized orders like Year, Name, Number etc.. we won't be able to accept any exchange or returns. Please check size chart before ordering.
A small Rs. 99 fee is charged for exchanges to cover part of the shipping cost. We pay even more to carriers and do not profit from this charge.
Please notify us within time period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a full quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.
We can exchange the product with another size or the correct
product of the same value. If the value of the new exchange product is higher than there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). It needs to be paid online.
Kindly note that we do not process color exchanges. Size Exchanges are provided for sizes upto 2XL. We do not provide exchanges for sizes above 2XL(From 3XL onwards). Please check the Size Chart before ordering.
Kindly note that products purchased under offers like BUY3 GET 1 FREE are not eligible for Exchange.
For Hoodies/Sweatshirts we don't offer any exchange incase if you need size exchange you will have to pay shipping charges of 200. Please check the Size Chart before ordering .

Return Policy
All our products are specially made to order for you, hence we
are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly.
